Thomas Berenbruch has been phenomenal for the Primavera team and recently made his long-awaited senior Inter Milan debut.
Speaking to Numero Diez via FCInterNews, his agent, Riccardo Bia, cast doubt on the youngster’s long-term future at the San Siro.
Widely considered among Italy’s brightest prospects, Thomas Berenbruch joined Inter’s academy in 2020.
After climbing through the youth ranks, the 19-year-old midfielder finally made his first-team debut earlier this month.
Indeed, Simone Inzaghi used him as a late substitute in a 2-1 home win against Feyenoord in the Champions League.
Despite entering the field in the 84th minute, it was a step in the right direction for the talented playmaker.
Meanwhile, his contract at Inter runs out in 2028, with the club seemingly prepared to give him a more prominent role in the future.

“It’s an incredible emotion. We’ve been following Thomas since he was 14 or 15,” Bia said. “This is the realization of a dream.
“It brings us great satisfaction because we are fortunate to represent a young man with such strong values and principles – something not always common in football.”
Meanwhile, Bia admitted he had a conversation with Berenbruch after his cameo appearance at Europe’s top table.
“Of course, I spoke to him late Tuesday and Wednesday. He was thrilled and still processing what had happened.
“There were so many emotions; we talked about all the moments leading up to and following his debut.
“We’re obviously delighted. But he got here thanks to his own hard work and the support of all those who have guided him along the way.
“This moment is just the beginning of a new journey.”
