FIFA has finally sanctioned the impending transfer of Lithuanian starlet Henrikas Adomavicius to Inter Milan.
According to FCInterNews, the prodigious goalkeeper has officially penned a multi-year contract at Giuseppe Meazza.
Inter arranged Adomavicius’ arrival from FK Kauno Zalgiris towards the end of the January transfer window.
However, his switch was the subject of approval by the FIFA Commission.
FIFA’s blessing has arrived at long last, allowing the 2009-born keeper to complete his switch to the Nerazzurri.
FIFA Allows Henrikas Adomavicius to Join Inter Milan
Interviewed upon signing a contract, Henrikas Adomavicius admitted it was a dream come true.
“Joining Inter is an incredible emotion, I hope I can become even better than I was before,” he claimed.

“My journey has just begun.”
Adomavicius had a trial at Inter Milan before the club decided to hand him a permanent contract.
Life in Italy has been kind to the youngster.
“I really liked Italy,” he added. “The training there was long and very tough.
“The great coaching staff impressed me, they helped me a lot.
“The local players also welcomed me warmly and were willing to communicate and assist me during the training sessions.”
In addition to Adomavicius, Inter signed Nicola Zalewski and Petar Sucic during the winter.
